Description of problem: From rox-filer manual - "ROX-Filer is a simple and easy to use graphical file manager for X11 â the windowing system used on Unix and Unix-like operating systems."

The most important here: you can run it as root in any DE/WM.

Setting version to cauldron, because package requests will usually be done for cauldron first and then be available in next stable release

Rox-filer is a light and very efficient file manager.
It would be great if it were packaged in Mageia.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

Last rox-filer release was 2011. rox-desktop based on rox-filer died finaly in 2015.
