screenshot of 6rc partitioning choose mount points

To reproduce:
1-boot installer to system with more existing partitions than fit the partitioning window space

Actual behavior:
1-(as screenshot shows) scrollbar overlays select list buttons
2-scrollbar missing unless hovered
3-scrollbar has no stepper buttons at top or bottom
4-scrollbar is unduly narrow, hard to target

Expected behavior:
1-scrollbar does not overlay select list buttons
2-scrollbar always present if more partitions exist than fit in the pane
3-scrollbar has stepper buttons at top and/or bottom to readily scroll by steps
4-scrollbar has easy to target width nicely proportional to the select list buttons

Comments:
1-I fully partition in advance and so use readonly=1 on cmdline
