Description of problem:
After the latest update, Iceape doesn't start.

code:
   [bash 4.3]$ iceape   --safe-mode
   ΣÏάλμα καÏάÏμηÏÎ·Ï (segmentation fault) (core dumped)

Probably yet another Mozilla product that does not like ICU 58.2, like Firefox and Thunderbird in bug 20542.

We might need to build it against the bundle icu lib until upstream releases a compatible version of seamonkey.

It's also time to rename this package to seamonkey, as iceape is no longer a thing.

Iceape does already start again with latest icu... so IMHO this bug could be closed

Works here with icu 1:58.2-2 .
