Description of problem: One of the important features of KDE Connect, IMHO, is being able to browse the Android device's filesystem. To do this, it needs 'sshfs', but that's not a dependency and it will fail to mount the "virtualized" FS if the user doesn't happen to have sshfs-fuse installed. At least there's a semi-clear message about not being able to run 'sshfs', but for many users this would be a big issue. I'm not sure if requiring sshfs-fuse would be a big deal, but I guess not. On my system, installing it didn't pull any other packages in. kdeconnect-kde deps: http://sophie.zarb.org/rpms/575a85db7e6c5eb204c7a364f699e795/deps sshfs-fuse: http://madb.mageia.org/package/show/arch/x86_64/application/0/release/cauldron/name/sshfs-fuse Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Version : 1.0.3 Release : 1.mga6 How reproducible: Everytime, as long as you don't have sshfs-fuse installed. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Uninstall sshfs-fuse if you happen to have it. 2. Ensure your computer is paired up with an Android device via KDE Connect. 3. Launch Dolphin and try to go to the paired device, in the "Places" panel. 4. An error message will appear stating that running sshfs failed. 5. The Android device's filesystem can't be browsed.

kdeconnect-kde already recommends sshfs-fuse, see the spec file: http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/kdeconnect-kde/current/SPECS/kdeconnect-kde.spec?revision=1075890&view=markup

You're right =) I guess I installed it, back in the day, without Recommends, and the Sophie deps links don't mention Recommends. Thanks!
