LXRotator is a lightweight wallpaper changer for LXDE and LXQt and also it is very friendly for the end user. I know there is ChBg, but this program absolutely is not friendly!
Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

I couldn't find any url for this application it is only packaged as an internal tool of PClinuxos The url in this report is dead I don't know what this tool exactly does, from the name of the tool i suppose that makes a slideshow. In LXQt there is a native tool in the settings (Settings>Desktop>Slideshow) in order to show a slideshow from a folder of wallpapers and you can set the time interval and the randomization. There are also other settings for the wallpaper (individual wallpaper for each monitor, configure the appearance of the image etc)
