Description of problem:
Compilation of JA2-stracciatella project requires a newer version of cmake (at least 3.1) although Mageia provides 3.0.x.

Assigning to our CMake maintainer, and CC'ing Jani who also handled the CMake update in Cauldron IINM.

Would it be doable to backport (of course not update) cmake 3.7 to mga5?
