Description of problem: plasma-workspace-5.8.5-11 forces everybody to install task-codec-audio and task-codec-video


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.8.5-11


Latest plasma-workspace-5.8.5-11 update adds task-codec-audio and task-codec-video as a requires to plasma-workspace forcing everybody using plasma as DE to install them. However, there are users that like to keep their installations as minimal as desired and to decide themselves which codecs to install.
So, please give us back the choice, remove these requires from plasma-workspace and add them to task-plasma package so we can still get a minimal plasma DE install with task-plasma-minimal...
