Description of problem:
When I switch activity (meta + tab), plasmashell crashes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
4/5 times, no clue why not 5/5.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set up several activities
2. switch from one to another with meta + tab
3. plasmashell instantly crashes, generating the backtrace I will attach.

The upstream bug report mentions that the patch is in plasma 5.8.5, but that's likely a typo given the date of the patch - they probably meant it would be in 5.8.6. In the meantime we could cherry pick it.
