Description of problem: For a while, with Mageia 6 cauldron 64 kde, When I click stop, the system disconnects, and stops, the screen turns off, but my turn is not off (I hear the ventillos and dikes turn) Then after a few seconds BEEP and this restarts. I reinstalled Mageia cauldron with an up-to-date image of the beginning of January but it has not changed anything. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Mageia 6 cauldron kde 64 (My pc: sonata 3 - q9550, motherboard GA EP35 DS3, SSD, HDD) How reproducible: yes Steps to Reproduce: 1. why is it a KDE issue ? i think more a kernel issue.

I don't have the slightest idea :-þ Should it be visible in the logs anywhere that the poweroff button was pressed? @ Ami age Do you have the new black/white buttons, too, now? Can you attach a screenshot of the one you pressed? (Already reassigning to the kernel maintainers, anyway, because no one reported that the new buttons are confusing.) @ Ami age Since no one else reports this issue, it might depend on your hardware. Can you please also attach lspci.txt that is the result of lspcidrake > lspci.txt

Since yesterday, the bug is resolved My computer turns off normally I clicked on "turn off" I still attach the file lspci.txt It is probably the updates that resulted the problem thank you ----------------------------------------------------------- en français : ------------------------ depuis hier, le bug est résolu mon ordinateur s'éteind normalement Je cliquais bien sur "éteindre" je vous joins quand même le fichier lspci.txt c'est sans doute les mises à jours qui ont résulu le problème Merci à vous
