Description of problem:
As above. The only way to retrieve a dvd is to manually open the drive

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
eject - part of pkg util-linux-2.25.2-3.1.mga5.x86-64

How reproducible:
I can not open the drive using a software cmd
Button does not work even during a reboot

Steps to Reproduce: N/A, continual problem

Should I revert  to reinstalling Mageia 4?

What is the output of the following commands?

         LC_ALL=C eject -v

and of 

       ls -l /dev | grep "\->"

No, Mageia 4 receives no security updates.
