openSUSE has issued an advisory on January 8:

They updated to 0.14.16.  The newest is 0.14.18 at this time:
https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/releases

Cauldron ships 0.14.21 now, and I just pushed 0.14.23, so it should be fixed.
