Description pamputt 2017-01-02 20:46:03 CET
Hi!
Currently, in MCC > Local disk > Manage your partitions ..., if I click on "Create" to create a new partition, in the filesystem type fields, I have plenty of choices whose most of them are used by only few people. I think it could be improved by proposing only the most used filesystem: ext4, NTFS, FAT-32 and maybe few others. The other filesystems could be still chosen but in another window for advanced user. Doing so, one may avoid mistake in the choice of the filesystem.

It is already possible to see only a few filesystems. If you push the button "Toggle to normal mode", then you get only the ± 13 most used or needed filesystems instead of nearly 100 of them.

Normal mode is the default, if you saw the long list, then you've clicked on "Toggle to expert mode".

Closing this report. However, feel free to reopen and explain if I misunderstood your request.
