Description Daniel Tartavel 2016-12-29 15:39:46 CET
Description of problem:
After reboot redis don't launch because the file /run/redis/redis.sock is not persistent ( /run is tmpfs )

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Install redis
reboot

I bypass the problem creating /var/tmp/redis/redis.sock
and modifying /etc/redis.conf with the new path

Assigning to the registered maintainer, Colin, but CC'ing all packagers collectively, because Colin is less available.

Hi Daniel,

Is this bug still valid for Mga 6 or later?
Comment 3 Marja Van Waes 2018-10-07 17:00:57 CEST
No reply, so closing as OLD since Mageia 5 is no longer maintained.
