Mdv doesn't have a package called haskell-platform, although it does have a lot of other haskell stuff, Of the software in Haskell-platform, I now only found GHC and Haddock in Mdv but not GHC API and Cabal. @ funda I saw you committed ghc and haddock, so cc'ing you

Haskell is quite tricky to import because of the need for bootstrapping. I want to have a look at that next week-end.

Summary: The Haskell Platform, a functional programming language environment. => haskell-platform The Haskell Platform, a functional programming language environment.
A basic ghc is now in Cauldron and will be in Mageia 2. From it you can build the ghc-platform from the website. It is however not packaged and will not be in Mageia 2 for lack of manpower (Mageia is still young and growing). I leave the bug open for Cauldron, as it is something we definitely want in the future. If you're interested in helping package haskell, please join our apprentice program: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Packagers_Howto_start
Looks like Malo was so kind to import and maintain this after all :)
