I have an \n at the end of /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf, too, here. That doesn't give a problem, but maybe that's because I removed /etc/X11/xorg.conf.

Did you do it only in Mga5 as this my problem is only in Cauldron. Some update broked it few days ago.

Marja this look that xorg.0.log from my Cauldron log it have this error. "\n" is not a valid keyword in this section.
Sorry, I hadn't looked well at the attachment. "\n" should be invisible.... now it has both some invisible "\n"s (where a newline is started) and weird visible "\n"s I don't have that here, neither in the cauldron where I had removed xorg.conf, nor in a cauldron where I hadn't What is the timestamp of /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf.bak ? (I think it kept its original time stamp)
Here it is it may be bit wrongly as i made some test and moved it back and to .bak again. 12.11.2016 10:51
