You updated Qt partially to version 5.6.2 while the stack is being updated. You'll have to wait for the update to be completed to fix your installation: monitor pkgsubmit.mageia.org to see what happens on cauldron before making your updates.
Alternatively you can try to find a mirror that hasn't synced yet and use its qt 5.6.1 RPMs to downgrade (with `urpmi --downgrade`), but that can be tedious.

hi, just for the record, there is no KDE5 ( never ;) )and this is not KDE anymore but the desktop is plasma. closing as this is fixed now.
