Mageia 1 shipped with a qbittorrent-2.8.0beta5, this updates it to the current stable version, 2.8.2.

I've installed qbittorrent and qbittorrent-nox.  For testing, I ran qbittorrent
and imported the Magiea 1 dvd torrent.

I then quit qbittorrent and started qbittorent-nox.  Both are working fine
on my i586 system.  Once tested on a 64 bit system, these two packages are
ready to move from core updates testing to core updates.
