Description of problem:
Upstream is preparing to release DNF 2.0, which provides a number of improvements over DNF 1.1 and is the focus of development/maintenance.

Currently, there is no upgrade path available for dnf-plugins-extras and dnf-system-upgrade. Upstream is planning on making a release after the PR to merge dnf-plugin-system-upgrade into dnf-plugins-extras[1] is done.

So, for now, it is available via Fedora COPR: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ngompa/dnf2-mga/

As soon as dnf-plugins-extras is available, the stack will be upgraded in Mageia itself.

The upgrade path is now set, so the packages will be pushed as soon as possible into Mageia.
