Description of problem:

Per bug 19509, I've updated createrepo_c for infra_5 to include a patch to fix the issue with dependencies being filtered inappropriately, and it needs to be pushed ASAP and the metadata needs to be regenerated for all repositories to ensure all dependencies are picked up from the RPMs.

Rémi Verschelde has pushed the updated createrepo_c to the infra_5 updates repo, so now it needs to be pushed and the repodata needs to be regenerated.

Priority: Normal => release_blocker
