We recently got rid of the java library dependencies from the wiki-publisher which had pulled in a bunch of java stuff.  Now we have libreoffice-base depending on pentaho-reporting-flow-engine pulling in apache-commons-logging.

This is a needed dep that was added because of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=983809
