Our openscap package has no official maintainer and was last updated three years ago.  The latest upstream version 1.2.10, which RHEL 7.3 beta has been updated to:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7-Beta/html/7.3_Release_Notes/new_features_security.html

If we're going to offer this package in Mageia 6, we should really update it.

Fixed by David with openscap-1.2.10-1.mga6.
