Description of problem:
I installed rstudio, and when I open it a get the following message (partly translated from Spanish into English by myself, might not be the exact message):

Error in tools:::httpdPort <= 0L : 
  comparison  (4) is only possible for types list and atomic
In addition: Warning message:
R graphics engine version 11 is not supported by this version of RStudio. The Plots tab will be disabled until a newer version of RStudio is installed. 


It seems that the rstudio version is too old to be used with R-base 3.3.1, and the plots tab will not work. Apart from that, rstudio seems to be working well.

rstudio 0.98.978 (according to rpm package name) or 99.9.9 (according to Help -> About RStudio)

Unfortunately, I don't have time to work on rstudio.  It may be a good idea to drop the package in Mageia and have users download the package from upstream.

I am testing the packages from upstream:

- rpm file: not possible to install due to unsatisfied dependencies: gstreamer-plugins-base

- tar file with the binaries for fedora, redhat, opensuse: It works.

I have also tried to compile version v0.99.903 (dated 2016-07-18), but it is quite complicated for me.

Anyway, version from the repository is working, also with graphics, but they are shown in a separate window instead of the tab plots embedded in rstudio. This is the only drawback.
