Description Kristoffer Grundström 2016-07-27 13:34:15 CEST
Description of problem: I know it's a trivial issue, but there should be more resolutions to choose from when pressing F3 in the Live installer boot menu.

How reproducible: All the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download any Live iso.
2. Burn the iso to a USB drive or CD/DVD.
3. Boot Mageia's Live installer from USB.
4. Press F3.
5. Voila! Only 3 or 4 resolutions can be chosen.

Why do you think there should be more options?

Do the current options work, btw?

I haven't changed to the current ones as I have a screen that uses 4K with 16:9 setting.

I think it's good to give people choices if they have different eyesight.

Sorry, but this in useless at this point...

Installer does not scale above 1024x768 anyway, so no point in selecting bigger resolutions at install time.

after install (or with live boot) it will scale according to hw, if hw reports correct info...
