As another mg5 user, I downloaded drakx-net 2.24.2 from "Core Update Testing (distrib5)". And I tested it ok !( opened drakfirewall and disabled the firewall, then re-enabled it again with the "NFS" checked. This time the nfs serveur is accessible by another linux boxes (rp2mc-openelec). thanks for the fix
