Description of problem:
When updating packages after a fresh installation of mageia 6 dev1 in a VirtualBox VM, I get the following error :
aria2 failed: exited with 19

Failed to download rpmdrake-6.22-2.mga6.noarch.rpm
Retry?

or with urpmi :
# urpmi rpmdrake


    $MIRRORLIST: media/core/release/rpmdrake-6.22-2.mga6.noarch.rpm
aria2 failed: exited with 19

"aria2 failed: exited with 19" is a dns name resolution failure error.

You could give it an hr or so and then try again in case the mirror is syncing.

Or you could use the drop-down mneu list a select a specific mirror rather than using mirror list.

You could also try using curl or wget instead of aria2

urpmi <foo>.rpm --downloader wget
urpmi <foo>.rpm --downloader curl

The network was stopped and it was impossible to restart it with the MCC.
I had to reboot to get the network running.

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => FIXED
