Please package PosteRazor. It's old but there is no real GUI replacement for it. It takes an image as input and prints onto multiple sheets to create a poster. On further playing, it does actually save the pdf, just doesn't prompt to do so beyond giving it a filename. Once that is done, the file is saved.
Is this program really needed? as it is very very old now :) If yes, I can import it!

It's one of those that when you need it, you really need it. There is nothing else GUI which fulfils the same purpose. It still does a god job.
