Description Dick Gevers 2016-06-07 14:51:40 CEST
Description of problem:

As in summary: the bootloader configuration screen using default option grub 2 graphical seems to suggest that applying the bootloader menu can be password protected (same as grub legacy in text mode).

However entering passwords twice the same) does nothing to help ion this regard: on reboot the menu can be edited, entries can be booted, no password is asked for (as it should IMHO).

I will attach report.bug.xz later today

If our only supported bootloader does not support password protection, that is a very serious issue that needs to be rectified.
