Description of problem:
Packages that are suggested (and not required) by build dependencies are installed in the build chroot. This should not happen.

> A requested package cannot be installed:
> seahorse-2.32.0-2.mga1.x86_64 (due to unsatisfied libgp11.so.0()(64bit))

Nothing depends on seahorse and it is not a build dependency of this package (gtk-vnc) so it must not be in installed while building the package.
