KDE system settings > automatic start

When i there try to add a new desktop file for starting program, i get a popup message that i do not have enough rights, example when i tried to add start link to owncloud 1) :

" Du har inte tillräcklig behörighet för att skriva till /home/morgan/.local/share/applications/rt/ownCloud desktop sync client.desktop. "

I do not have that folder /rt/

That above is for a system online upgraded mga5 to mga6.
It also had entries i made while it was mga5. When i tried to edit them i got the same error, but i could delete them.

When i try to add new entries on another mga6 system, another user, that was installed fresh a couple weeks ago i get about the same message but with a slight change: it wants to write in ~/.local/share/applications/t/ note t instead of rt i find it very strange, also that the folder name is supposed to be that short...

None of the systems have any folder in ~/.local/share/applications/ and on mga5 it worked.

1) I know ownCloud interface have a checkbox for it but i add "sleep 40 ; " to it in order to delay start.

"Magically" it works today. Thanks!

Oh it only worked to enter stuff but nothing happens... This is confusing:

1) i can add and edit items regardless if ~/.local/share/applications/rt/ exist. If it do not exist (default) there is a popup about permissions.

2) after i have created that "rt" folder (as my normal user with normal permissions) there is no pupup, but nothing gets written into it.

3) programs do not get started anyway...

It is a pretty strange name of a folder, and why is it different on the fresh install and the updated system see comment 0. I think some bolts are loose...
