What were you doing at that time? Just starting it? Based on the affected code, it looks like os-prober generated invalid UTF-8 in /boot/grub2/grub2.cfg and that drakboot failed to read it back. Can you attach (not paste) your /boot/grub2/grub2.cfg file?
