pixelize specfile

Hello, could you package pixelize? This software is used to build larger pictures from hundreds of smaller images. I attach spec file adapted form Mandriva one.

Imported pixelize.

BTW, IMHO there's no need to attach the .spec file if the package is already packaged for Mdv. It's pretty easy to import package from Mdv .src.rpm.
