Description of problem:
By double-clicking on a text file in pcmanfm-qt, kwrite is launched, which is fine..
But kwrite says "new file", and the editing zone is void. The title contains the file name.
Same behaviour with right-click, "Open with" "Kwrite" or JuffED.

juffEd is not a good tool for testing this bug, because of mga#18860

still valid however with kwrite
