That's likely something that should be brought up upstream, apart from changing the default theme that the KDE community designed, there's not much we can do on our end.

The problem is that I didn't find out how to change the taskbar theme, it seems none of them affects it. Could Mageia make the taskbar theme changeable ?
In systemsettings there is an application that lets you select the theme, by default Breeze Air or Breeze Light, not sure. You can likely install more themes from the KDE repositories using this application.

"System Settings/Workspace theme/Look and feel" and "System Settings/Workspace theme/Desktop theme" affect everything except the taskbar.
