Description of problem: when the "help" function in the traditional installer is invoked, a border around the "help information pane" would improve visual aesthetics

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start installer
2.note the installer's own info boxes have a border- (they look nice)
3.invoke any "help" button.
4.note the difference in visual appeal

What is this like with today's traditional isos?

Can you please attach pictures of the two different panes? (I assume "F2" screenshot don't show what you mean?).

We need a more generic fix than for bug #17702 so that it adress external GtkWindows as well internal GtkWindows + GtkDialogs
