Ran this on x86_64. It looks fine for direct playing of audio and video files, playlists and directories. The keyboard controls all work well; volume, resizing, changing speeds, positioning, pausing, single frame stepping, changing contrast, brightness, gamma etc. on the fly. Tried a variety of audio and video formats. Have not looked at scripting capabilities yet.

MP4 videos ran fine under mpv as well, one with Spanish subtitles. OSD controls: fullscreen worked, slider worked but speed controls did not. Keystroke controls OK including pause and frame stepping, audio volume, mute, and speed. Not tried scripting facilty but front-end capabilities all function. This can be validated.
