Ran this on x86_64. It looks fine for direct playing of audio and video files, playlists and directories. The keyboard controls all work well; volume, resizing, changing speeds, positioning, pausing, single frame stepping, changing contrast, brightness, gamma etc. on the fly. Tried a variety of audio and video formats. Have not looked at scripting capabilities yet.

Played Youtube music video VaPensiero.flv.
MP4 videos ran fine under mpv as well, one with Spanish subtitles. OSD controls: fullscreen worked, slider worked but speed controls did not. Keystroke controls OK including pause and frame stepping, audio volume,
mute, and speed.

Not tried scripting facilty but front-end capabilities all function.

This can be validated.
