Description of problem:

Dolphin fails to create duplicate copies with a copy / paste sequence. Rather than https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360809asking for the name of the duplicate to be created, dolphin crashes.

100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open dolphin,
2. Right-click on a file and hit "copy"
3. Right-click again and "paste a file"
