Works fine for me.
I created /etc/systemd/garbage/
Created file /etc/systemd/garbage/garbage
Edited it with kate and saved it.
Deleted the folder.

Rather than running dolphin from kdesu, have you tried using kde-rootactions-servicemenu?

This adds root actions to the context menu in regular user's dolphin.

using an other tool does not fix the initial issue.

I was not suggesting it did, however since kdesu is not a regular 'user' command then it's probably preferable not to use it directly.

No I have not. I do not even know about it or how to get it installed on my system :)

Works OK here but always did.
However there is a message in terminal:
[baz@jackodesktop ~]$ /usr/libexec/kf5/kdesu dolphin
org.kde.kdesu: Daemon not safe (not sgid), not using it.

Fixed on kdesu-5.25.0-2.mga6 in Core/Updates_testing repo.
