I clicked on java-1.8.0-openjdk in the list of updates and the program crashed. The Mageia Bug Report tool popped up, I filled out the information, but got a number of errors when I clicked "Submit". First, a copy and paste of what was in the bug reporter windows and what I filled in: The "drakrpm-update" program has crashed with the following error: undefined value for mandatory argument 'uri' encountered at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.20.1/Gtk3.pm line 901. This will open a web browser window on Bugzilla where you'll find a form to fill in. The information displayed above will be transferred to that server It would be very useful to attach to your report the output of the following command: 'lspcidrake -v'. In the next window, I filled in my report: I saw the update icon in the tray, clicked on it, and authenticated. A couple of java packages were included, including java-1.8.0 jdk runtime environment and headless. I clicked on the openjdk package to look at changelog and the gui crashed, giving me this dialog. On another machine with a similar installation of MGA5 64-bit, I was able to click on java-1.8.0-openjdk, view the changelog, and conduct the update without errors. I will attach a series of screenshots of errors I received from the Mageia Bug Report tool after I filled it out and pressed "Submit".

@ Rolf The bug from the summary and the description of this report is a duplicate. That isn't a huge problem, most of us forget to check for duplicates when using drakbug to report a bug ;-) I assume the other issues were only one-time problems. *However*, if you can reproduce one of the issues with Firefox, Seamonkey or Konqueror, then please reopen this bug report for it and adjust the summary accordingly. If one of them reoccurs, then please try to reproduce it after logging in with a different user. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 17836 ***
