Description of problem:

According to:

https://www.kde.org/announcements/4.0/desktop.php

the following functions should work:

CTRL+F8 to show a full-screen overview of your workspaces
CTRL+F9 or CTRL+F10 to show windows from all virtual desktops
CTRL+F12 to show the dashboard view
ALT+F2 to show the KRunner dialog

None of that seems to work. Or I don't understand something.
