No list of recently used applications

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose Plasma (K-button)for Classicalmenu
2.Make sure in its settings the button "Recent applications" is on
3.Even after more than one reboot, there is always only a greyed out item "Recent applicatons" in the menu.

The same goes for "Recent documents"

History is working on Mageia-6-sta1-x86_64-DVD from May 20
