Description of problem:
with KDE, in the systme configuration, it's impossible to access at the "appearance of the workspace"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
after the update to plasma 5.6

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the system configuration
2.click to appearence of the workspace

and crash of application.
