Description of problem: usb drive does not auto mount an ext4 partitioned drive. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Clean install of Mageia-6-x86_64-NETWORK-install 2. Enable non-free and tainted media. 3. Pick Custom package install 4. in Package Group Selection screen set all package groups selected except 5. Other Graphical Desktops. In that one select Gnome and KDE. 6. Enable non-free and tainted media. 7. urpmi --downloader wget --auto --auto-update --test 8. urpmi --downloader wget --auto --auto-update 9. urpme --auto-orphans and reboot. 10. click up a terminal and run systemsettings and set: Desktop: Plasma Layout: Folder Theme: Oxygen Window Decorations: plastik Desktop effects are disabled. Icon size 22 or 16 11. Insert usb drive and mount it from the task bar notifications icon. 12. systemsettings5->Hardware->Device Actions->Manage actions available to the user when connecting new devices 13. Check mark Enable automatic mounting of removable media 14. Uncheck first two selections. 15. check mark Automatically mount removable media when attached 16. Scroll down in the Device Overrides screen and check mark usb Automount on Attach 17. Use task bar notifier to dismount usb drive. 18. remove and insert usb drive. Note device is not mounted. A little more information. The problem shows up on the second or more USB insertion. First one worked, no other usb auto mounts unless I log out. As root pkill -u bittwister, pkill -9 -u bittwister, then log back in as bittwister and insert a USB drive.
