Description of problem:unable to start the kmail account wizard

Mageia-6-dev1-x86_64-DVD.iso
DATE.txt: Tue Feb  2 22:58:36 CET 2016


How reproducible:every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install Plasma5 from above .iso and reboot
2.login and invoke kmail.
3.from the "tools" menu, choose "account wizard"
4. a popup advises "unable to start account wizard-kmail."
"could not start the account wizard. check your installation

launching kmail from application launcher menu displays issue.

however, closing the notification allows application to launch.

confirmed here for the first start of kmail. Subsequent starts allow configurator to be used.

I see this error always, not only on first start.
Is there known workaround?
