It looks like a themeing issue in rpmdrake, but I can't tell yet if it's due to MATE, GTK+3 or rpmdrake. It would be nice to see if this can be reproduced outside from MATE, or if other GTK+ applications are affected. @Atilla: Does MATE use a specific GTK+3 theme?

That's new. I didn't experience this issue either on my Cauldron box or my VM with previous dev1 iso install. I' ll try to download and install on VM this round of dev1 iso to see what happens. It seems to me that gtk+3 theming incompatibility again. Mate has both gtk+2 and gtk+3 for its themes provided by mate-themes package. But, mate devs recently released a gtk+3 3.20 compatible source along with Mate 1.13.0. I'm working on 1.13.0 now and soon update into Cauldron. Let's see if mate-themes-3.20 package would help us. I need a few days to test tough.
I' ve forgotten to mention that if any other gtk+2 desktop like Lxde doesn't hit by this bug please assign to me.
It should be fixed by mate-themes-3.20-1.mga6 package when hits the mirrors soon. That was gtk+3-3.19 and above issue which broke theming. Mate devs released mate-themes package which is compatible with gtk+3-3.19 and above. I personally tested mageia6-dev1 iso for this issue. Before mate-themes-3.20-1.mga6, issue is present and also MCC have a weird look. Now it is solved on my test VM.

Closing as fixed, then @ Ben Please reopen if updating to mate-themes-3.20-1.mga6 doesn't fix it for you
