Description of problem:Hexchat is not included in Live Gnome x86 dvd, attempting to launch "chat room" from Mageia Welcome launches installer.
An IRC client is included in Live Plasma5 DVD, a client should be included in Gnome live DVD

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch UEFI mode above dvd
2.From Mageia Welcome invoke "chat room"
3.Installer will attempt to install hexchat from online sources

I put polari already into rpmsrate-raw (http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/meta-task/current/SOURCES/rpmsrate-raw?view=markup). For the live cd there's another file somewhere else which determines what is installed. That needs to be updated (I have the info somewhere)

Understood during FOSDEM that Polari should be installed as of the next builds. I don't know if Polari supports clicking on IRC links. If it doesn't, I'll try and get that sorted.
