Description of problem:When rebooting the system after install, the system stalls for about 8 minutes, then continues to login screen. If rebooted now, there is no stalling, system boots in about the same time as for Mageia5 install

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install any or all DE from either x86 or i586 .iso image and reboot
2.press "esc"to enter verbose mode
3.wait for "searching for new hardware"to complete - about 8 minutes

I see 3 times (with 2 minutes between each occurrence and the next one):

service_harddrake[795]: ERROR: killing runaway process (process=/bin/systemctl, pid=846, args=disable --no-reload numlock.service, error=ALARM at /usr/lib/libDrakX/run_program.pm line 241.

The above line is not in https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16684#c2
The outputs look rather different.

I'm not 100% sure it is a dup of bug 16684 even if the things that match are that it's service_harddrake where it goes wrong, and the delay on first boot.
