Thanks for the report, it likely just needs a rebuild against the current Qt5 version.

It's probably due to the qtbase5-database-plugin-* packages in version 5.4.0 which were not properly obsoleted by lib(64)qt5-database-plugin-* 5.5.1 (and later on 5.6.0-beta). Could you try again? I believe this issue would be fixed in the current cauldron (after update). No idea about bug 16097 though.

After the last update both plasmashell and Qt Creator no longer have the issue described and there is no "Cannot mix incompatible Qt library..." in .xsession-errors so I think this issue is resolved.
