Description Kristoffer Grundström 2015-11-28 08:53:56 CET
Description of problem: I was experiencing some high CPU usage when loading a huge text file. 101% to be exact.

I therefor went to https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Gedit to see if there's any newer stable release for gEdit and it turns out that the latest version is 3.19.1 according to https://git.gnome.org/browse/gedit/.

Can someone please push 3.19.1 to Mageia 5?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.19.1

How reproducible: Everytime.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open your webbrowser of choice.
2. Go to http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/gedit/releases/
3. Now open another tab and visit https://git.gnome.org/browse/gedit/
4. When you in the first tab see all the versions that have been added you'll see that the latest version 3.9.92 was added 2 years ago.

Also, the version of 3.19.1 needs gspell as a dependancy.

Closing as INVALID.
