Description of problem:

I can reproduce it with Firefox beta (v42). This is a tarball version from Mozilla that is compiled with gtk3.

I have uploaded a patched package for Mageia 5.

I did the testing on my local system and the patch fixes the issue for me. Scrolling is working again. QA just has to make sure that everything else is still working.
