Description of problem: When right-clicked with a mouse in Dolphin directory view, in the pop-up menu Create New all the items are missing (except submenu Link to Device, which is also empty). There should be several items including New Directory etc...

Seems to be fixed with kf5.16 update at Nov 10th.
